Petr Posolda

Owner of the travel agency

He has worked as a journalist; he lives in Brno and occasionally writes for the well-known Czech wine magazine, “Vinařský obzor”. He travels a lot and has seen first-hand plenty of good and bad examples of wine tourism. Because his heart belongs to South Moravia he decided to adopt the best ideas, add some of his own and show the best of South Moravia to people interested in unusual, wine-based corporate events, tourists and other visitors to the Czech Republic.

Petr Posolda manages the travel agency under his own name and is personally responsible for the business. He has organized the products and services which the agency offers its clients, and coordinates the events and tailor-made trips.

Leona Michnova

Leona’s job is to look after clients and make sure they are satisfied with our services. Leona is a responsible and receptive organizer. She deals with our partners and clients, takes orders and is in charge of smooth organization of the events requested. She speaks English.

Ing. Richard Stavek

Wine expert, wine guide

Richard is a winemaker, traveller and journalist. He has a degree in viticulture and viniculture from Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry, Lednice. He has been working as an editor in chief in the professional magazine Vinařský obzor for years. He lives in Němčičky in the Hustopeče region where he cultivates vine. He owns a wine cellar in a nearby village Vrbice. Richard was among the founders of the Moravian Slowfood movement which popularizes responsible attitude towards wine and food. He stresses the importance of the origin, quality, cultural consummation and authenticity of the feast and environment-friendly agriculture.

Richard is a wine expert whose advice we often seek. He masters “sabrage” (a technique for opening champagne bottles with a sword). He speaks English and partly French. He is an ideal guide of special excursions, VIP groups, or cycling trips.

Ing. Tatiana Rihova

Consultant, Russian interpreter

The key person of the agency for an increasing number of Russian-speaking guests is also a wine professional. Tatiana Rihova has a degree in viticulture and initial wine processing from Moscow Agricultural Academy n. a. K.A. Timiryazev. While studying she obtained work experience in a company Vinselekt Michlovsky where she worked later. She lives in Brno. After maternity leave she would like to devote herself to wine in such a way that will not force her to travel to work far from her family. Also in this respect she trusts the Wine-Tours agency.

She cooperates with the agency in negotiations with Russian-speaking partners, takes care of Russian-speaking guests and prepares Russian reviews. She speaks Czech, Russian and partly French.

You can travel with us in a modern bus for five or up to fifty-five persons. Our assistant will take care of your needs and will translate for the foreign guests into all the main European languages.

Do you know what an Open Cellars Day is? On this day, you can visit many wine cellars in one of the wine villages and you can taste as many delicious wines as you can bear. The beautiful countryside and nice people are waiting just for you. This applies to individual guests too – there is no need to find a driver, just come with us instead!

You can have more than just the transport to and from your firm’s event and the accommodation in the South Moravia. Our partners can make your evening party or your firm event even more interesting.
