  • Swordsmen and traditional sword fights, fire eaters, exhibitions of traditional handcraft and customs.
  • Groups in traditional folk costumes, exhibitions of folk dances from Moravia.
  • Entertaining fashion show of historical lingerie.

For tastings

  • Presentation on the production of sparkling wine, its tasting and opening bottles with a sabre (so-called sabrage).
  • Tasting of pure brandies, herb liquors or special wines.
  • Tasting of local culinary specialities made according to traditional recipes.
  • Presentation of the rules of the slow-food movement and its cuisine, with a tasting.
  • Combining wine and food, with an amusing presentation by a culinary expert.
  • Lecture on wine, with wine tasting and an exhibition of the sommelier’s skills.

We can organize these events and provide a complete service requiring no further input from yourself or, if you prefer, we can work in conjunction with your own people.

Some of the activities are appropriate for bigger groups; some don’t suit an evening in a cellar because of its specific atmosphere or because of the lack of space. In our experience, excellent wine, delicious food and cheerful musicians or an interesting presentation are enough to make a successful evening in a cellar.
